Customs duties and taxes

Some countries impose customs duties on imported goods. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs duties and taxes.
FedEx will invoice you for customs duties, by post, after your purchases arrive.
The rates of customs duties and the items to which they are applicable are decided by the customs authorities of the country in question. Please ask the customs authorities in your country for details.

Shipping consignments

Each order will be shipped in a separate consignment. Please also note that items purchased in separate shopping carts cannot be shipped in the same consignment.

Delivery time

Usually within 14 days of order placement. Delivery may take longer at busy times.

Return of goods in case of failed delivery

If you are out when the delivery company tries to deliver your order, or the order cannot be delivered because of incorrect or insufficient delivery details, you can arrange redelivery or collect your order for a period of approximately 7 days after the initial delivery date.

If, for any reason, you are unable to arrange redelivery or collect your order during this period, or if the delivery address is unclear, the goods will automatically be returned to Japan. The cost of returning the goods to Japan (shipping and insurance costs) will be charged to you. The Company will refund the amount you paid minus the round-trip shipping and insurance costs. In the event that the costs involved in returning the goods to Japan is greater than the amount you paid, you will be invoiced for the costs separately.
