Returns, refunds and cancellations

Please note that, as a rule, the Company cannot accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items. However, defective or incorrect items may be returned, exchanged, or repaired. Please note that the return of such items will be accepted only if the items are unused and only if you contact Head Porter within 7 days of delivery. If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.

Items can only be exchanged for another item of the same model. They cannot be exchanged for items of a different color, size, etc.
